Ms. Saleh conducts career transition group workshops and one on one transition coaching for major corporations, such as Allied Signal, American General Life Insurance, Cargill Inc., Carleton Technologies, General Motors, Moog Inc., Praxair Inc., Tyco International, ADT and the Xerox Corporation.

Certified in administration and interpretation of scientifically validated assessment instruments such as About U (informed by the Birkman Method) and Genos, Dolah provides guidance toward life-changing decisions and in forming the basis for addressing a number of identified needs for individuals and corporations.

Ms. Saleh had been a contributor to Buffalo Spree Magazine and a relationship advice columnist in over 175 newspapers in Canada. She has appeared as a guest on numerous television and radio talk shows including AM-Buffalo (WKBW-TV, ABC affiliate), CKWS-TV News (Kingston, Ontario), and GoodnewsBroadcast.com in New York City. She has also been a guest lecturer for the University of Buffalo. Ms. Saleh holds Bachelor and Masters degrees in Special Education with concentrations in psychology. She resides in upstate New York and has recently had her third book published, a memoir about her father.
